Questions
Why test it myself instead of a tool doing it for me?
Because AI answers change with who’s asking, where they are and what they asked before. The most honest test is the one a guest runs: a real question, typed into the real tool. This page gives you the right questions and keeps score.
Why do I get a different answer every time?
AI tools don’t give the same answer twice, even to the same question. Your location, your past chats and small changes in wording all move it. If an answer surprises you, ask again in a new chat. Being named most of the time is what you’re after.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or the other AI tools?
No. The free versions work fine, and they show what a guest without a paid plan would see. Copilot and Perplexity may ask you to sign in after a question or two, and a free account is fine. Start a new chat for each question, so your own history doesn’t make you look better than you are.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No, and nobody honestly can. AI tools decide what to say. What fixing the items on your list does is remove the reasons they wouldn’t name you: missing facts, details that don’t match, and nobody else writing about you.
Do you save my answers?
No. Your answers are saved in your own browser, so they’re still there if you switch apps and come back. Nothing is sent to me unless you copy your results and email them yourself. Tap Start over to clear them.
How often should I check?
Every couple of months, and after any big change, like a new website, new photos or a new listing. It takes about 15 minutes.
