For owners whose rooms are better than their descriptions
I help you put what's special about your rooms, your place and your people into words guests remember: clear room names, tiers that make an upgrade feel natural, and descriptions written for the guest you actually want.

Room tiering
Comal Inn had three studios that guests saw as roughly the same. Naming what makes each one different turned them into an entry room, an upgrade and a premium room, without a single renovation.

Upgrade
A step up in light and openness, with a bigger patio.

Premium
Our most secluded studio, and the one the ChatGPT anniversary guest booked.

Our studios are named after native Texas trees, and each has its own identity, down to the small touches in the room and the messages guests get. We host weekly business travelers, couples from Dallas and Houston, summer families and Art League artists. The one traveler we don't really cater to is the person pulling off the highway at midnight looking for a last-minute room. That's by design.
Read the Comal Inn storyHow it works
I read your reviews, look at who books which rooms and when, and ask you what your best guests have in common. That becomes a one-sentence answer to who your place is for.

Questions owners ask
No. If your room names already work, we keep them. Names help most when guests can't tell rooms apart.
Yes. The same words get adapted for your Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb listings and your Google profile, so guests hear one story wherever they find you.
If your rooms differ in real ways, like space, privacy, views or light, usually yes. If they truly are the same, the work focuses on describing the place and the stay instead.
Brand voice and room positioning starts at $500. Every project gets a written quote first.
