HomeToGo: a search site for vacation rentals
HomeToGo works mostly like a search engine for vacation rentals. It pulls offers from thousands of booking sites and lets travelers compare them in one place. Guests then book on the partner’s site or on HomeToGo. Many rentals show up there without the owner doing anything, because a site they already list on sends them.

Who lists on HomeToGo
Vacation rental owners and managers, whether listed through partner booking sites or directly.
What it costs
- Through a partner site, HomeToGo is paid by that partner, per booking or per click. You pay whatever that partner charges you.
- To list directly, the Flex plan has no yearly fee and a 15% commission per booking.
- The Flat plan starts at €249 a year, with host fees of 0% to 1.7% per booking depending on the plan. Prices are shown in euros.
Your own website and guest contact
- HomeToGo isn’t a party to the booking. The rental contract is between the guest and the provider or owner.
- Listings are ranked by relevance to the traveler, offer quality and the partner’s commission. HomeToGo says commission isn’t the main factor.
- Direct hosts must pass verification before a listing goes live, and payouts are sent after check-in.
How it connects
Most rentals reach HomeToGo through a booking site or booking software that already sends listings there. For hosts who list directly, Smoobu is the only channel manager HomeToGo connects with.
Most booking software also works as a channel manager, so your rates and open dates stay in sync here, on your own website and on every other site you connect. How that works, with Comal Inn's setup.

What I’d do
Search for your own rental on HomeToGo before you sign up for anything. If it already shows through another site, you’re covered. Make sure the name and photos match everywhere else, since that’s how guests recognize you.
Questions
Is HomeToGo a booking site or a search engine?
Mostly a search engine. It compares offers from thousands of partner sites, and guests book on the partner’s site or on HomeToGo.
How much does HomeToGo charge to list directly?
The Flex plan is 15% per booking with no yearly fee. The Flat plan starts at €249 a year, with host fees of up to 1.7% per booking.
Why is my rental already on HomeToGo?
Because a booking site or booking software you use sends its listings there. HomeToGo is paid by that partner.
Who is the guest’s rental contract with?
The provider or owner, not HomeToGo. Questions about cancellations or refunds go to them.
