What it costs
- No traveler service fees, so guests see your price.
- Host fees depend on the connection. Guesty lists a 5% commission on accepted reservations. Hostfully describes Savvy as free to list with commission-free bookings. Ask your booking software or Savvy which applies to you.
How it connects
Savvy connects through booking software. It says it works with more than a dozen, including Guesty, Hostaway and Lodgify. Through Hostfully, hosts are the merchant of record.
Most booking software also works as a channel manager, so your rates and open dates stay in sync here, on your own website and on every other site you connect. How that works, with Comal Inn's setup.

What I’d do
Savvy is worth a look if you manage several rentals and your booking software already connects to it. Turn it on, keep your rates the same as everywhere else, and treat it as one more place for travelers to find you.
