Beds24: widgets, an embeddable booking page and detailed links
Beds24 gives you a lot of ways to connect your own site. It has booking widgets you add with a script, a booking page you can link to or embed, and documented link settings for dates, nights, guests, rooms and voucher codes. With its Private Label option, the booking page can run on your own subdomain.

Who Beds24 is for
Beds24 says it’s built for hotels, B&Bs, hostels, vacation rentals, campgrounds, agencies and property managers.
Ways to connect it to your website
- 01
Booking widgets
A booking box, a slim booking strip and an availability calendar, added with a script. There’s also a multi-property search and a booking button.
- 02
The booking page, linked or embedded
Link to your Beds24 booking page, or embed it on your site with Beds24’s iframe generator.
- 03
A custom build on the API
Every account gets API access. Long-life tokens are read only, and refresh tokens can read and write.
Where guests actually book
Guests book on your Beds24 booking page at beds24.com, or embedded in your own page. Private Label, a paid add-on, moves the booking page and payment links to a subdomain like book.yourdomain.com.
Sending a search from your site
Beds24 documents propid or roomid to pick the property or room, checkin, numnight for the number of nights, numadult, numchild and voucher for a discount code, plus options to hide rooms, set the language and skip ahead to checkout.

API. API V2 is included with every account, with a token from Settings. Higher rate limits are a paid add-on.
Payments. Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net and several other gateways.
Channels it connects to
Beds24 lists connections to big travel sites, vacation rental sites and Google.
- Big travel sites
- Booking.com
- Expedia
- Agoda
- Tripadvisor
- Hostelworld
Beds24 says it connects to more than 60 channels by API, with iCal for others.
What I’d do
Almost everything in Beds24 can go in a link, so it’s easy to build your own search bar around it. Put the booking box on your homepage, link each room page straight to that room with dates carried through, and use Private Label so the booking page sits under your own name.
Either way, your own pages are what Google and AI tools read and recommend, so that's where the work pays off. I build direct booking websites around the booking software you already have, and I can move a site out of your booking software, redirecting every old page so your rankings carry over.
Questions
Can a Beds24 link open with dates filled in?
Yes. Add checkin, numnight, numadult and numchild to your booking page link, with propid or roomid.
Can the Beds24 booking page use my own domain?
Yes, on a subdomain like book.yourdomain.com with the paid Private Label option.
Is there a Beds24 WordPress plugin?
Beds24’s wiki points to a free WordPress plugin for its booking widgets.
