Who Hostfully is for

Hostfully says it’s built for short-term and vacation rental managers, mid-term and corporate housing, boutique hotels and independent hosts, up to large multi-market operators.

Ways to connect it to your website

    The Booking Widget on each property page

    Works on any site that accepts HTML. It shows availability, rates and booking rules, and in instant booking mode it runs the full booking with rental agreements and signatures. One widget per page, one property per widget.

    The Search Widget

    Guests pick dates on your site and land on your Hostfully booking site to choose a property. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and custom sites.

    The WordPress plugin

    The Hostfully Booking Widget plugin adds the widget to a WordPress page using the property’s ID. It shows one widget per site unless you add custom code.

Where guests actually book

Hostfully’s Direct Booking Site starts on book.hostfully.com. You can move it to your own subdomain, like book.yourdomain.com, with a CNAME record, and guests book and pay there. Searches from the Search Widget land on that site.

Hostfully’s API and payments

API. Hostfully has a public API. Hostfully says API access is an add-on on all its plans, using a key from your agency settings.

Payments. Hostfully lists PayPal, Stripe and Vacation Rent Payment.

Hostfully says it has direct API connections to more than 60 channels and is a Google Vacation Rentals connectivity partner. Other sites can sync by iCal.

What I’d do

Put the Booking Widget on a real page for each property, with photos, details and the area, and move the Direct Booking Site to book.yourdomain.com so search results stay under your name. Link your ads and emails with the dates already filled in.
