   Hercules, two ways

   Campground Master calls this its most complete option. Availability stays in sync, and online bookings import automatically, with an option to hold them as pending until you review them.

   Your website’s reservation forms

   Campground Master can pull the details from reservation requests submitted on your own site, or from notification emails. Someone still checks each one, assigns a site and sends the confirmation.

   Vacancy grids

   It can create availability pages to upload to your site. They aren’t real time, so they can’t stop double bookings on their own.

With Hercules, guests book through Hercules’s online engine. With request forms, guests send a request from your own site and you confirm it. Either way, your own pages about your sites, hookups and area are what Google and AI tools read.

API. Campground Master doesn’t publish a public API. It supports iCal import and export for calendar apps and services.

Payments. With Hercules, deposits can go straight to your merchant account if Hercules can connect to it. Using a payment gateway adds a small cost per transaction.

Campground Master doesn’t list booking site connections. Its documented online option is Hercules from Leisure Interactive, plus iCal import and export.

If you take a lot of online bookings, the Hercules connection is the one that keeps availability in sync. If you use request forms, set clear rules for what can be requested online, like site types instead of specific sites, and answer requests fast so guests don’t book somewhere else.
