Firefly: Book Now links that open with the site type picked
Your campground website links to your Firefly Reservation Portal with a Book Now button. Firefly documents link settings for arrival and departure dates, guests, pets and site type, so a button on your cabin page can open the portal with cabins already picked.

Who Firefly is for
Firefly Reservations is built for private campgrounds and RV parks of all sizes, including glamping and seasonal parks.
Ways to connect it to your website
- 01
Book Now buttons to your Reservation Portal
Firefly recommends a Book Now button linked to your Reservation Portal. Embedding the portal on your own site isn’t available yet.
- 02
Links by site type
Add UnitType to a page’s button so RV, tent or lodging pages each open the portal with that type selected.
Where guests actually book
Guests book on your Firefly Reservation Portal at app.fireflyreservations.com. Your own pages about your sites, hookups and area are what rank on Google, so they’re worth the effort.
Sending a search from your site
Firefly documents UnitType (RV, RVT, T, L for lodging, V, S, BS, O), ReservationType, ArrivalDate and DepartureDate (yyyy-MM-dd), Adults, Children and Pets.

API. Firefly doesn’t publish a public API.
Payments. Fiserv or BASYS for new customers.
Channels it connects to
Firefly lists connections to vacation rental sites and outdoor and camping sites.

Firefly says its OTA integrations are free and it charges no marketplace commissions.
What I’d do
Build a page for each kind of site, like full-hookup RV sites, tent sites and cabins, and give each its own Book Now button with UnitType set. If you have a date search on your homepage, pass the dates and guests straight into the portal.
Either way, your own pages are what Google and AI tools read and recommend, so that's where the work pays off. I build direct booking websites around the booking software you already have, and I can move a site out of your booking software, redirecting every old page so your rankings carry over.
Questions
Can I embed Firefly on my website?
Not yet. Firefly says embedding the Reservation Portal isn’t possible right now, and it has asked its developers for it.
Can a Firefly link open with dates or a site type picked?
Yes. Add ArrivalDate, DepartureDate, Adults and UnitType to your Reservation Portal link.
Does Firefly connect to Hipcamp?
Yes. Firefly lists Hipcamp, Airbnb, Vrbo, Spot2Nite and ReserveAmerica.
