Staylist: a Book Now link to your own booking page

Your Book Now button links to your park’s Staylist booking page, at an address like booking.staylist.app/yourpark. You can add your logo, a header photo and photos for each site, turn on promo codes, and set RV size limits and allowed slide counts for each site. Staylist also documents how to track guests from your site to its booking page in Google Analytics.

Who Staylist is for

Staylist Pro is built for RV parks, campgrounds and glamping sites. Staylist’s software also covers vacation rentals, hotels and marinas.

Ways to connect it to your website

  1. 01

A Book Now link to your booking page

Guests who tap Book Now on your site go to your park’s secure Staylist booking page. You can add your logo and a header photo, and Staylist recommends at least three photos for each site.

  2. 02

    Rig limits for each site

Each RV site can have equipment size limits and an allowed slide count, so guests only book sites their rig fits.

  3. 03

    Tracking across both sites

Paste your Google Tag Manager code into Staylist’s online settings and add both domains in Google Analytics, so a guest who books still counts as coming from your website.

Where guests actually book

Guests book on Staylist’s booking page, at booking.staylist.app, not on your domain. That’s fine for Google, since your own pages about your sites and the area are what rank. Set up cross-domain tracking so your analytics show which pages led to bookings.

Staylist’s API and payments

API. Staylist doesn’t publish a general API. It runs payments through a built-in Stripe connection.

Payments. Card and ACH payments through Stripe, with the option to pass card fees to guests. Spot2Nite says Staylist Pro is free to operators, with a small convenience fee charged to guests.

Channels it connects to

Staylist lists connections to big travel sites, vacation rental sites and outdoor and camping sites.

Outdoor and camping

Staylist’s channel manager lists Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Staylist Pro’s help center covers Spot2Nite, which drops bookings into your grid marked as Spot2Nite referrals, and iCal calendar sync with Airbnb and Vrbo. Its RVshare partnership is different: you add RVshare links to your confirmation letters and earn a 3% commission on RV rentals booked through them.

What I’d do

Set the size limits and slide counts on every RV site before you link to the booking page. They answer “will my rig fit?” for you. Then give each kind of site its own page on your website, with a Book Now button and the photos and details guests look for.

Either way, your own pages are what Google and AI tools read and recommend, so that's where the work pays off. I build direct booking websites around the booking software you already have, and I can move a site out of your booking software, redirecting every old page so your rankings carry over.
