innRoad: embed code and links with dates filled in
innRoad gives you embed code for its booking engine and search widgets, so you can add booking to your own inn or hotel website. It also documents how to build a link that opens the booking engine with dates, guests, a promo code or a specific room already filled in.

Who innRoad is for
innRoad says it’s built for independent and boutique hotels, inns, B&Bs, motels and hospitality management companies.
Ways to connect it to your website
- 01
The embedded booking engine
In innRoad, Setup > Booking Engines gives you embed code. You add one piece to your page’s header and embed the booking engine on the page.
- 02
Search widgets
Horizontal or vertical date search widgets for your homepage and room pages, which open the booking engine with the search filled in.
- 03
Pre-filled links
Links that open the booking engine on specific dates, for a number of guests, with a promo code or on one room.
Where guests actually book
innRoad’s booking engine has its own address on client.innroad.com, and you can embed it in your own pages. Your own room and area pages are what Google and AI tools read.
Sending a search from your site
innRoad’s links put the search in a small block of text after #search=, with propertyId, checkIn and checkOut (yyyy-mm-dd), guests (adults and children), promoCode, multi and step. innRoad recommends running that block through a URL encoder so it works in every browser. Add /room/ and a room class ID to open one room.

API. innRoad doesn’t publish public API docs.
Payments. innRoad Payments, an add-on. innRoad says it also works with most major card processors.
Channels it connects to
innRoad lists connections to big travel sites, vacation rental sites and Google.
- Big travel sites
innRoad’s channel manager lists Google booking links along with the major OTAs.
What I’d do
Put a search widget on your homepage and every room page, and link each room page straight to that room with a pre-filled link. Use promo code links in your emails so past guests land on the right rate.
Either way, your own pages are what Google and AI tools read and recommend, so that's where the work pays off. I build direct booking websites around the booking software you already have, and I can move a site out of your booking software, redirecting every old page so your rankings carry over.
